Eskom says temporary load-shedding relief will continue for as long as the current generation capacity allows.
The trend of stage 3 load-shedding between 16:00 and midnight daily – and no power cuts between midnight and 16h00 – will continue ‘until further notice’.
The news that the first real load-shedding reprieve this year is set to continue makes the start of the long weekend a happy one.
