A thirty-year-old man is in a critical condition after he was shot during a house robbery in the east of Pretoria on Sunday, Pretoria East Rekord reports.
The man was apparently wounded multiple times in the early hours of the morning at his home in Willow Park Manor in Nora Avenue.
Netcare 911 emergency services responded to the scene around 02:30.
“Paramedics stabilised the patient on scene before transporting the man to a nearby hospital for further medical care,” said Netcare 911 spokesperson Athlenda Mathe.
Details of what exactly happened were not immediately available and would form part of a police investigation.
