Municipal, employment and labour services suspended in KwaZulu-Natal

The departments will advise of a way forward in due time.

FOLLOWING the volatile situation across the province, government services have been temporarily suspended.

In a statement, the municipality confirmed they have suspended bus services.

In addition, the City’s spokesperson, Mandla Nsele said the public can also expect other service delivery interruptions.

Labour department’s Nene Shezi said the provincial management, in consultation with the director general of the department, have opted to temporarily suspend services of the department across the province.

“We are monitoring the situation and we shall advise accordingly on the way forward,” said Nene Shezi.
