Two nabbed for murder of CPF patroller in Johannesburg
After a thorough police investigation, the Trio Task Team officers were able to make the arrest.
In the early hours of this morning, two suspects were arrested for the murder of Norkem Park CPF patroller Thobogo Duze in Kempton Park, Johannesburg.
According to the Norkem Park SAPS spokesperson, Warrant Officer Barbara-Anne Ferreira, the arrest was carried out by officers from the SAPS Trio Task Team.
Duze was shot and killed on April 26 after two men approached him and his friend while sitting in a vehicle.

Ferreira said a firearm was pointed at the victim, and car keys and cell phones were demanded.
“One of the men shot the male victim in the head before fleeing the scene with the car.”
The suspects, aged 38 and 49, will appear in the Kempton Park Magistrate’s Court soon.
