Dewald Brevis’ unbeaten 98 off 71 balls for South Africa A against Sri Lanka A on Sunday was a reminder of his cricket talent.
The 20-year-old cricketer, who has been dubbed ‘Baby AB’, batted at number seven – hitting six fours and seven sixes – as the visitors reached their target of 265 in the 42nd over. He was well supported by Beyers Swanepoel, who scored 43* off 28 deliveries.
