[Watch] Doctors sing, ‘We Care’!
Every clip in the video was filmed in isolation at their workplace.

As South Africa eases up its hard lockdown and confrontationally faces the growing pandemic of Covid-19, its people remain resolute and determined to surmount this challenge and prevail.
Thirty General Practitioners – spanning all walks of life – came together virtually during lockdown to do something they usually wouldn’t: to sing, and to express to the people of South Africa their own Voices that Care.
A project of the recently founded Gauteng General Practitioners Collaboration and supported by Dis-Chem, every artist in this heart-warming video is an actively practicing general practitioner in South Africa. Not one of them is a professional artist, and every clip was filmed in isolation at their workplace. Most of them have never met.
Their plea is simple: Let us perpetuate the deep, unique voice of care in South Africa that uniquely equips it to overcome this crisis and to responsibly re-engage in the world.
Voices that Care – Composed by David Foster, Linda Thompson and Peter Cetera.
