Hino SA tops in DataTrack truck study

The first quarter combined score of 98.69% is the third highest results in its history.

Hino South Africa has got off to a flying start in 2022 in terms of the results of the first quarter customer experience survey of the local trucking industry.

It also placed first in the technical service and sales categories.

Hino scored 99.32% in sales and 99.05% for service is among the highest scores achieved by Hino in these categories in this survey of 37 500 truck and fleet operators in South Africa.

Currently 12 manufacturers and importers have their customer experience measured quarterly.

“The DataTrack Comparative Truck Study, which has been undertaken quarterly since 1989, is an important measure of the overall Hino SA operation for our management team and our ongoing success is due to the dedication and motivation in our countrywide dealer network, as they are in the front line with our customers,” commented Pieter Klerck, general manager of Hino SA.
