Sixth-generation Mitsubishi Triton slated for a reveal on July 26

Mitsubishi has teased its sixth-generation Triton model for a while now. This bigger and better Triton offshoot is slated for a reveal on July 26th in Thailand.

“The concept is Beast Mode” — Norihiko Yoshimine, Mitsubishi Program Design Director.

With its blend of ruggedness, performance, and striking design, the Triton is poised to make a strong impact on the market. Customers can anticipate an unparalleled driving experience, whether navigating challenging terrain or enjoying everyday adventures.

The latest iteration of the sixth-generation Triton features a reinforced body and an eye-catching, horizontally themed design. The front fascia stands out with its hawk-like daytime running lights and three-dimensional headlights, accentuating the commanding presence and ruggedness of the new model.

Jeffrey Allison, the General Manager of Marketing at Mitsubishi Motors South Africa (MMSA), expressed confidence in the all-new Triton’s ability to attract both existing and new fans. He stated, “I know that current as well as new fans will show overwhelming interest in our all-new Triton bakkie, which will strengthen MMSA’s lifestyle attraction. The design of the all-new Triton has undergone a complete reimagination, embracing the concept of “Beast Mode,” which represents audacity and daring. Seiji Watanabe, the Division General Manager of Design at Mitsubishi Motors, elaborated on the design philosophy, stating, “While expressing the toughness and powerfulness expected of a pickup truck, the all-new Triton combines agility with the brand’s robust design to create an imposing look. Tough and reliable, the all-new Triton will make customers want to go on any adventure. Please look forward to seeing it in full this July.”
