On behalf of myself, my son, Thabiso Luthuli, and his cousins, Kwanele Luthuli and Candy Luthuli, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to Qoqulwazi High School for hosting a beautiful and memorable matric dance on August 14.

It was a great honour for me to serve as the master of ceremonies on the day.

I am grateful to the school for trusting me with this role and giving me the opportunity to be part of such a special occasion for our children.

The event was beautifully organised and truly reflected the pride and spirit of Qoqulwazi High School.

The day was made even more special when Ballito resident Peter Banks drove Thabiso to the event in a classic 1958 MGA.

The beautiful car attracted plenty of attention and added an extra touch of magic to an already memorable occasion.

A heartfelt thank you goes to the teachers, organisers, learners and everyone else who worked hard behind the scenes to make the event a success.

Thank you, Qoqulwazi High School, for creating lasting memories for the Class of 2026.

It was truly a day we will cherish for many years to come.
