N2 closed for emergency helicopter landing after major Ballito accident

One person was killed and four others are fighting for their lives.

One person died and four others were left in a critical condition after a head on collision on the N2 South bound just after the Ballito bridge at about 6am this morning.

“A black Toyota Tazz reportedly driving on the N2 North, crossed over onto the N2 South and crashed into the silver Toyota Fortuner,” said IPSS Medical Rescue paramedic Paul Herbst.
