She is also the CEO of S.A.Q. (a building and remodelling company).

Palm Lakes has approximately 2500 residents, and the company has seen a growth in sales of 1600 percent from 2012.

 

Wim Sak

The CEO and chairman of Royal Palm Property Holdings (RPPH – the development company of Palm Lakes Family Estate), as well as the chairman of the Homeowners Association, Wim started this massive project when he moved to South Africa 11 years ago.

The project is funded by approximately 120 investors and Nebank and RPPH owns approximately 700 hectares of land.

The residential element of Palm Lakes Family Estate is almost entirely sold out with new developments being launched next year.
