Here’s the scoop on Ballito’s new Polar Ice Cream shop

The Ballito store stocks the full range of Polar products, from individual servings to bulk options.

Polar Ice Cream has been bringing South Africans together since 1990, and the Ballito community can now get a taste of the action.

A new factory shop opened at Rehan Park on Garlicke Drive just over two weeks ago and is already proving popular. The Ballito store’s philosophy reflects that of the wider Polar brand – that happiness is for everyone and every scoop should be an opportunity to share it.

Polar is well known for its commitment to quality and affordability, offering everyday favourites, premium flavours and frozen treats to suit every taste. Multiple awards at the South African Dairy Championships reflect the brand’s success.

The Ballito store stocks the full range of Polar products, from individual servings to bulk options. You can also find the Bubble & Shake restaurant in store for tasty treats.

“The Bubble & Shake menu includes freshly prepared soft-serve ice cream, bubble waffles, milkshakes and other delicious treats,” said store supervisor Rethabile Pharoe.

“Customers can enjoy soft serve with their choice of sauces, while bubble waffles can be customised with a selection of ice cream, toppings and sauces to create their own combination. Whether it is a quick afternoon treat, a family outing or a date-day destination, there is something to make every visit enjoyable.”

Polar Ice Cream Ballito’s freezers hold all kinds of sweet delights!

As Ballito continues to grow, the Polar team hopes the shop will become a regular meeting place for people to relax and enjoy ice cream.

“We invite the Ballito and greater North Coast community to visit us and discover everything on offer. After all, there is always room for ice cream.”
