Take a moment, and let me paint a picture for you of what our Artisan Butchery will offer Ballito and the surrounding areas.
As you walk into Taylor’s Meats and More your senses will come alive.
Take a deep breath. The rich aromatic smell of coffee from our friendly barrister, will surround you.

You glance towards the counters and see our knowledgeable staff exchanging a joke with one of our regulars. Our team is ready to share their expertise. Helping you make the best choice in succulent cuts or solve the ultimate dilemma of “what’s for dinner?”.
You will always be greeted with a warm smile and customers are welcomed like family.
In the background you will see our hand-picked meat aging in our cold room (this is the secret of where all the flavour and tenderness comes from).
This level of excellence doesn’t simply happen by chance.
Its 30 years in the making. I am Warwick Taylor and I’m proud that this is my butchery.

Taylor’s Karoo Lamb
Let me tell you about where our succulent lambs come from.
How I met Hendrik is a story for another day, but Taylor’s has partnered with outstanding farmers Hendrik and Adri Botha who rear karoo lamb on their farm “Heuningkrans”.
Hendrik and Adri are 4th generation lamb farmers and passionate about their livestock.
The lambs are grass reared for between 8 -10 months. The Karoo’s sweet grasses and herbs give the meat it’s exceptional and distinctive taste.
No added hormones, antibiotics or any other additives ensure the 100% organic nature of the meat.

Taylor’s Deli Meats
After a long day sometimes grabbing a simple meal of cured meats and cheeses is all you need.
I want my customers to be able to easily enjoy these simple pleasures.
Come into the deli section and let us pack you up a simple, yet tasty meal of cured meats and cheeses.
Taylor’s has partnered with local and overseas producers of the highest quality cured and smoked meats available.
From Italian delicacies like parma ham, salame milano, prosciutto staginato and mortadella to German favourites like knackwurst, bratwurst and mettwurst and of course local must haves such has black forest ham, pastrami, kassler and bacon.
