Wednesday – Health

Too often, we’re confronted with how vulnerable we actually are, so it’s important to take care of ourselves. It should be a priority and a privilege to maintain one’s health by eating healthily, exercising and taking care of oneself.

And with the beautiful beaches all along the North Coast, there’s no excuse for not getting out for a walk on the sand or a dip in the ocean – food for the soul!

Thursday – Choice

There are so many people in this world who don’t have a choice in life. Having a choice is a luxury, but it’s so often taken for granted.

When we’re young, we’re asked what we want to do with our life; when we’re older, we get to decide where we want to live and we can choose our partner to spend our life with.

How lucky are we to wake up to sunshine on most days and be surrounded by farmlands and the coast?

There are not too many places in the world that can boast the amazing climate that we enjoy and that are endowed with so much natural beauty.

And with the berg and the bush just hours away, we truly are spoilt for choice.

Sunday – Home

What better way to end a week by relaxing on the couch?

The privacy of your own home and the fact that you have a roof over your head is priceless.

It’s your sanctuary, owned or rented, big or small, and you can decorate it any way you want, have guests over, play with the kids or simply enjoy some solitude.
