The Real Uber for Groceries
Yes, you can now order your groceries online and expect delivery within two hours.
OneCart.co.za is a single platform that allows consumers to shop online from multiple retail stores and have their order delivered within 2 hours or scheduled for when they want it.
The startup is currently working with Woolworths, Pick n Pay, Dis-Chem, pet stores, niche butcheries and several other retailers for consumers throughout South Africa.
Offering over 52 000 products from multiple stores and open 7 days a week, OneCart has rapidly positioned itself as the go-to on-demand grocery and daily essentials marketplace. What’s even more exciting is that the company has recently introduced South Africa’s First Groceries Drive Thru Click & Collect concept!
Launched on 1st November 2018, North Coast customers can place their order online through OneCart and simply choose to collect their shopping directly from the OneCart Click & Collect drive-thru at Ballito Junction Mall. Ballito Junction proudly hosts OneCart’s second click & collect store whilst their national rollout continues.
“The purpose is to serve the customer who has nobody at home to collect their delivery, consumers who prefer not to pay a delivery fee or consumers who want to go into the mall but prefer not to spend time grocery shopping.”
Meet the team

CEO and Founder, Lynton Peters, started OneCart in 2016 with a goal of changing the way in which traditional grocery shopping is done online.
“With the advance of the on-demand economy, consumers want a more convenient way of doing things, and we aim to create that for consumers by providing an online solution that replicates the way consumers would normally shop in the physical world”, Peters said.
With both founders having extensive business management and operations experience, their understanding of markets and trends runs in their blood.
Chief Operations Officer, Ariel Navarro, who comes from a broad entrepreneurial background and having been involved in multiple businesses over the years, brings a wealth of experience from traditional retail to managing shopping centres.

There is a third magic maker, who is more behind the scenes, that handles and implements out-of-the-box problem solving to the strategic technical developments with the team.
Tay Zombulovich is a self-proclaimed problem-solver who often pushes the boundaries and challenges his teammates.
He is enthusiastic about strategic and creative conceptualisation and implementation of innovative technology platforms.
While the team prefer to keep a low profile and let OneCart platform do the talking, it is evident by the exponential growth and the rave reviews, that standing in queues is now a thing of the past.
OneCart.co.za currently operates in Johannesburg, Pretoria East, Cape Town, Durban and Ballito.
