Darnall Primary pupils say they love to learn!

A rich and unique history surrounds Darnall Primary School.

The school originated from humble beginnings in 1916 and has grown into the good educational establishment it is today.

The school caters for pupils from Grade R to Grade 7.

We celebrated our centenary in 2016 with many past pupils, staff and parents returning for the festivities.

If buildings could talk there is no doubt that the walls of Darnall Primary would tell tales of the trials, tribulations and successes of the generations of girls and boys who have passed through the school.

Our facilities include air-conditioned classrooms each with white boards and e-beam, beautiful gardens, new sports fields, a well-stocked library and a computer centre with an interactive Smartboard.

A variety of sports and cultural activities allow every pupil to develop self-confidence and self-discipline.

All round participation is encouraged and every child is given the opportunity to be actively involved in all aspects of school life.
