Kijk Optometrist opened its doors last year with the aim of offering a friendly, professional and affordable service to the Salt Rock community.
As a local resident Rene’s love of community resonates in her practice, where she aims to provide value-for-money optometry.
Having obtained her degree from Rand Afrikaans University (now University of Johannesburg) in 2007, the mother of two has a special interest in paediatric optometry and with a passion for eye health her focus is on providing personalised care to the Dolphin Coast.
Rene said since opening her optometry practice the community has been overwhelming in their support.
Her aim is to continue to prioritise putting her patients first and with her broad range of services, including sport vision evaluation to enhance visual skills in a specific sport, dyslexia assessments, contact lenses and general optometry Kijk Optometrist will continue to offer the best eye care and be accessible to everyone.
