Get spinning with Cadence Cycling Ballito

Cadence Cycling aims to give an edge to those who are looking to slash mountain trails and attack hills, providing an evaluated regime of training for both endurance and strength over classes designed with cycling physiology in mind.

Dolphin Coast cycling enthusiasts can take their passion to a new level with Cadence Cycling Ballito, a hub of cycle-training, spinning and core fitness focused on assisting riders reaching for their goals as pro or recreational cyclists.

Headed by Gary Doyle with assistance from Natalie Bergstrom, both Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) – accredited cycling coaches, Cadence Cycling Ballito is also a cycling preparation centre for those seeking to achieve a healthier lifestyle through spinning or experience the hands-on and personal attention needed by a cycling enthusiast.

With a series of spinning watt bikes in a well-vented studio underneath Ballito Bicycle Company, each spearheaded by a digital tablet that personalises each individual’s workout, the attention to detail right from technique to breathing and heart rate is monitored with an almost surgical level of accuracy.

Tablets track and monitor each individual’s workout and provides Gary Doyle with data on how to assist with progress.

“We aim to provide a safe hub where everyone from cycling athletes to those who have a keen eye for bikes can focus and train constructively towards riding healthier and more efficiently,” says Doyle.

Cadence Cycling is a national franchise that aims to give an edge to those who are looking to slash mountain trails and attack hills, providing an evaluated regime of training for both endurance and strength over classes designed with cycling physiology in mind, developing the cardiovascular system and leg muscles for maximum performance and fitness.
