A woman running the show in a male dominated industry, Witthoft expanded the family operation from eShowe to Umhlali earlier this year.
Suzuki Salt Rock and Chery Ballito continues to hit targets left, right and centre, all under the guidance of dealer principal Gisela Witthoft.
Part of the independently owned East Motor Group, the latest branch includes not only a line-up of Suzuki manufactured cars, but also Chery.
The 29-year-old Witthoft said business has been booming despite the general economic hardships.
“Six months down the line and our targets are still easily achieved, and even exceeded. We believe this is because of the wide variety and unique offering we have at our Umhlali dealership. We can say with confidence that we not only continue to grow from strength to strength, but also continuously strive to improve.”
The secret to their success has been a family-first attitude. The family-run motor dealership exhibits a wide range of vehicles suitable for any North Coast road.
