With the month-to-month option clients can cancel anytime.
A 12-month package has DOLOLO set-up costs (this can be changed and is not permanent). When subscribers give notice for terminating the agreement, Hollywood Connect will simply charge the set-up fee calculated as follows:
R2 750/12 X remaining months from the initial 12-month period.
