Property management specialist Fiona Reddy is excited to build on almost two decades of industry experience in a new role with Wakefields Property Management.

The newly appointed Portfolio Manager and Regional Growth Lead will split her time between Ballito and Umhlanga, driving new business for the company.

“My career has been built on relationships and treating clients like family. That hands-on, accessible service is what I plan on bringing to Wakefields Property Management,” said Reddy.

Reddy first joined the property industry 18 years ago as a personal assistant, soon rising to portfolio manager. She personally oversaw more than 40 schemes by the time she left her previous company.

“I initially wanted to get into the ministry, but took the job out of necessity. As I look back now, I realise the network I built played a similar role for me, creating familiar relationships through work,” she said.

“I still find guidance through prayer and believe this new opportunity is the right fit.”

She joins an experienced team in both the Umhlanga and Ballito offices, who have proven experience in making property management simple.
