Zimbali Lakes to launch new development Vilasita with 146 luxury residences

Vilasita forms part of the Tatali precinct, centred on a 10-hectare lake alongside Avanti Residences and the Ernie Els Suites.

Zimbali Lakes is set to welcome a major new residential development offering both lake and ocean views.

Launching online on November 7, Vilasita will feature 146 villa-style residences in the estate’s Tatali precinct, situated at the water’s edge with views across the lake towards the Indian Ocean.

Vilasita promises lock-up-and-go living with a difference. Residents will be able to drive directly to their homes, combining the convenience of apartment living with the privacy and sense of arrival of a villa. Prices range from R2.95-million for a one-bedroom residence to R55-million for a four-bedroom penthouse, catering to permanent homeowners, holiday buyers and investors.

Vilasita forms part of the Tatali precinct within the R50-billion Zimbali Lakes development, centred on a 10-hectare lake alongside Avanti Residences and the Ernie Els Suites.

Zimbali Square, a 20 000m² shopping centre, will add retail, dining and everyday convenience to the precinct.

“Apart from being close to the beach with spectacular sea and lake views, Vilasita homeowners and residents will have access to KwaZulu-Natal’s first Ernie Els Signature Course, which is something really special.

Residents can play a round, unwind at the Zimbali Lakes Clubhouse over lunch at the Big Easy Winebar & Grill, and be home in minutes. It’s this level of convenience coupled with the lifestyle offering that people move here for,” said Neil Cocker, vice-president of operations at Zimbali Lakes.
