
Umhlali SAPS attended the following crimes last weekend.
· On Friday morning a one-month-old baby was found abandoned in Shayamoya. The mother of the baby took the immunisation card and birth certificate and is believed to have gone to Pretoria.
· A toolbox filled with different kinds of tools valued at R10 000 was stolen from Esenembe power station on Saturday afternoon.
· A woman was raped on Saturday afternoon near Knock Out store, Etete.
· A car was stolen from the Siggies Restaurant car park on Saturday morning while the owner was at the beach.
· A Shayamoya resident was stabbed three times on his neck and shoulder on Sunday afternoon. He was taken to hospital.
· On Sunday in Shayamoya a man was stabbed with a broken bottle when he tried to stop another man assaulting his wife.
