Four alleged house robbers nabbed in N2 Zinkwazi flyover shoot-out
The arrests came after the gang's almost year-long reign of terror in communities across the North Coast.

Four suspected house robbery gang members were arrested on the N2 Zinkwazi/Darnall flyover last Friday.
Spotted travelling in a car flagged on social media groups, law enforcement agencies and security companies gave chase, which ended in a shoot-out on the flyover.
Two of the four men arrested were wounded.
The notorious gang have reportedly terrorised communities around the North Coast and Durban for almost a year.
KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson, Constable Thenjiswa Ngcobo, confirmed the men – aged 25, 28, and two aged 35 – appeared in the KwaDukuza Magistrate’s Court on Monday and are believed to be linked to a house robbery in Salt Rock on February 5.
In the Salt Rock robbery, a 67-year-old woman and three other people present in the house were forced into the main bedroom, where they were made to lie face down on the floor and had their hands bound with cable ties.
The 67-year-old woman suffered repeated assaults during the ordeal.
After the robbers departed, the woman managed to free herself and her companions. They then sought refuge at a neighbour’s house to report the incident.
Her stolen vehicle has since been recovered.
