IFA Hotels and Resorts announced the launch of a new R400 million development project on the North Coast last Wednesday.
The development, called Zimbali Suites, will enable buyers to invest in world-class serviced hotel condominiums.
“The launch of Zimbali Suites in these challenging economic times is a positive endorsement of the internationally renowned Zimbali brand and an important vote of confidence for new investment into the region,” said Phillip de Sylva, IFA’s vice president of operations in Africa and the Indian Ocean.
Zimbali Suites comprises 131 individual condos, located directly alongside the Fairmont Zimbali Hotel, to be sold on a sectional title basis. Investors have a choice of smart, efficiently designed units that extend from 36.2 m² one-bedroomed condos to 133m² three-bedroomed penthouses. The package includes secure undercover parking, contemporary design aesthetics, quality fittings, fully fitted kitchens and breathtaking sea views from most units.
A sales and launch event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, November 2, at the Fairmont Zimbali Hotel. The launch will see units being offered with launch prices starting at R950 000 and R1, 950,000 for one and two bedroom condos respectively. Prior registration to attend the event is a requirement and can be arranged at www.zimbalisuites.co.za or by calling 032-5381205.
