Sweet sax melodies

The Pumpkin Theatre will host some sizzling performances by Saxophonist Andrew Young.

The saxman Andrew Young is coming back to the Pumpkin Theatre for another tantalising performance.
To say that international award winning saxophonist Young’s past performances at the Pumpkin Theatre were popular is an understatement. This time he is back for a first ever collaboration with local balladeer Pierre de Charmoy.
This concert includes many of de Charmoy’s and Young’s well known favourite hits as well as a selection of classic songs performed in these two special artists’ own inimitable style.
They will be accompanied by Durban’s pianist, Shemual Mahabeer.
The show runs for one weekend only on Friday January 31 at 8pm and Sunday February 2 at 2pm.
The Fisher family, Danny Fisher and “Danny’s Angels” are still running “Your Mamma Don’t Dance but Your Daddy Can Rock n Roll – The Ultimate Tribute Show”.  Catch the madness, mayhem and spectacle of colourful characters at the Pumpkin Theatre until January 12 every Friday and Saturday evening.
