An estate that promises home cinemas and a luxury vehicle parked in every garage upon purchase, is sure to attract the attention of the country’s wealthiest.
Magic Heaven Estate, to be situated next to Princes Grant Golf Estate just outside Stanger, promises to make the height of luxury accessible to its residents.
Construction on 800 designer homes, overlooking 600m of stunning coastline, is scheduled to begin in January 2015.
Homes are selling off plan at Sothebys Realty International, in Umhlanga.
Developer Lall Mohanlall is calling the estate a “mini Sun City”.
“We are so excited to bring heaven to the Dolphin Coast. The multi-billion rand estate will feature homes designed by renowned architects from Johannesburg and is designed for people who want to enjoy life to the maximum.”
The homes, ranging from 400m2 to 1000m2, boast incredible features like walk-in closets, triple garages and home cinemas.
Residents will also have access to the world class Princes Grant golf course.
Mohanlall said the Famous Brand Hotel Group plans to build a new five-star hotel on the estate, which will house a 300-seater conference centre as well as designer retail stores similar to the Gold Souk in Dubai.
“We are also looking at building a regional shopping centre in the Ballito area.”
Mohanlall has negotiated the delivery of either a Range Rover Evoque or Jaguar for each home, which will be parked in the garage upon purchase.
