Show solidarity with those affected by cancer and support CANSA shavathon this weekend by shaving your head or getting a spray of colour.
A Shavathon will be hosted by Ashleigh D Hair Salon at Tiffany’s centre on Saturday and Sunday between 9am and 3pm.
Three shaving stations will be set up at the centre, and you can chose whether you want to have your hair shaved or sprayed.
“We hope our participation in CANSA Shavathon 2014 will create awareness and help us spread hope and love,” said salon manager Ashleigh Dawn Naicker.
The price of the shave or spray is R50 or R25 for children under 12, every cent of which will go towards the CANSA foundation where it will be used to help
people suffering from cancer. CANSA Shavathon events will also be hosted on Saturday at the Lifestyle Centre from 8am until 2pm and from 10am until 2pm at Stanger Superspar.
