Local produce served up in style

Lifestyle Centre’s first ‘Foodies Market’ was a hit.

Cheeses, breads, jams, wines and a host of other fresh and organic goodies, including everything from meats to coffee to cakes were on display at Lifestyle Centre’s first ‘Foodies Market’ on Saturday.
The market will take place on the first Saturday of every month going forward.
Stall holders were happy with the turnout, some having sold all their wares quite early in the day.
“It was absolutely fantastic,” said Lifestyle marketing manager Tessa Woodley.
“It was such a great success, we sourced traders with the best quality local produce we could find and most of them sold out by about 12pm!”
