Local photographer produces second video
Producer of the popular 'I am Durban' has not stopped there.
The Sheffield Manor resident who co-produced the internet sensation, ‘I am Durban’, has created a new video.
‘I am Durban’ is a time-lapse video centred around the city of Durban which captured the attention of online media virtually overnight.
“I created this show reel to launch my new website, Media Linc. It is all footage I have accumulated over the last year,” said photographer Matt Wilkes.
While ‘I am Durban’ consisted exclusively of still images, this new show reel makes use of video footage as well.
Wilkes created this video himself, and hopes it will get the same kind of attention ‘I am Durban’ received.
“I do not expect it to do quite as well as ‘I am Durban’, but I expect it to get a lot of interest and hopefully I can get some mileage out of it.”
