Ballito Lions give back

A day of smiles and laughter on International Family Day.

The Ballito Lions Club put smiles on dials last Sunday, in celebration of International Family Day.

The club partnered with the KwaDukuza Municipality and invited 50 children from Sizani Combined School for a day of fun.

The children enjoyed a demonstration from the KDM fire department, soccer with Footy, tug-o-war and an Easter egg hunt.

Each child received a hamper to take home, sponsored by Pick ‘n Pay, Lifestyle Spar, Plastics and More and Nandos.

“Thank you to all Lions members and Lions Ladies who helped make this event a success. Also, thank you to KwaDukuza speaker Thulani Khuluse and Mzozi Mthembu for their help.”
