One of Crawford North Coast’s trees will not be cold this winter, thanks to the Grade 9 creative arts pupils.
This term the pupils learned about sculptures and living art. As part of the project, they were required to knit a rectangle of 30cm wide and 2m long. They could use any kind of knitting, such as French knitting or arm knitting.
The final step in the project was sewing all the pieces together and putting them on the tree. This is known as “yarn bombing”.
