Entertainment for a cause
The big three partners to help local kids battling with cancer.
KL Studios in partnership with Mangwanani Spa, and SMD Group will be hosting an evening of entertainment to raise money for two families in need.
The fundraiser, which will be held at SMD Group on Friday April 25, is set to be a night of great entertainment.
“The line-up includes a fashion show, live music and our MC for the night will be Patricia Lewis,” said KL Studios’ Lindy Elmes.
Money raised will go to Ballito’s Ethan Serfontein (3) who was diagnosed with cancer last year and the Rampursad twins, Jaimee and Jaydon (5). Jaimee was born with facial macrosia, deaf in her left ear and does not have the right one (‘Double blow for the twins’, Courier, March 28).
Elmes said the reason they chose the two families was because they wanted to make an impact by helping local individuals.
“We invite everyone to please come and enjoy the evening with us while extending a helping hand to those in need,” said KL Studios’ Kate Peterson.
She said they are looking for more sponsors to come forward to donate either things for the auction or money towards the cause.
Monies can be deposited to, Positive Beginnings at Standard Bank, account number 038224119, branch 040027 and the reference must be the donor’s name and KLS.
Doors will open at 6pm for 6:30 and for more information phone KL Studios 032 9463093 or 079 607 2611 or email info@klstudios.co.za
