Heavyweights lined up for first Mr Price Pro Ballito concert

Kwaito, hip hop and electric-indie rock.

The much anticipated line-up for the first of the Mr Price Pro Ballito free concerts has been announced.

From June 30 to July 6 the world’s top surfers will battle it out in the world-class waves of Willard Beach at the ASP Prime rated Mr Price Pro Ballito.

For many the free concerts at Salt Rock on July 3 and 4 are the highlight of the surfing and lifestyle event.

Yesterday Mr Price Pro announced that Kalawa Jazmee’s heavyweights, Mafikizolo and Professor will entertain the crowd on Thursday, July 3.

The Dolphin Coast’s very own Majozi and DJ Cndo are also set to take the stage and show their home town fans why they are loved so much everywhere else.

Majozi will mesmerise the audience with tracks from his début album, The River which has been receiving ample air play on radio stations around the country.

For Mandeni’s first lady of house music, Cndo, this will be her first time playing on home soil since winning a Metro FM award for being the best female artist of the year in February.

The award made her even hotter property in the house and kwaito scene and she recently returned from selling out concerts in Swaziland.

The festival organisers are also bringing multi-award winning Teargas for the hip hop lovers.

Party lovers will be able to dance to the beats from 4pm until midnight.
