Ballito Autohaus cleaned up at this year’s BMW South Africa Awards, claiming four top accolades.
In the finance and insurance division Melanie Chaman scooped second place in the dealer of the year category and top performing dealer in market share.
Anash Sohan and Clive Moodley were awarded for after sales excellence in KZN while Kuben Ramsamy was named top sales executive in SA, in his category.
Ujen Naidoo was awarded for top customer satisfaction in SA, in his category.
Dealer principal Paul Naidoo could not be happier, although he said the awards came as no surprise.
“At Ballito Autohaus we focus on our customers, ensuring we offer them the very best we can. Each year it becomes more difficult to stay on top of the pile but we are more than determined.”
Naidoo said he and his staff pride themselves on a personal, friendly and efficient approach.
“We do not stop looking after you as soon as you drive off in one of our vehicles. I have an open-door policy and my cellphone stays on. We value every customer and that is what makes the difference.”
One of the dealership’s new special touches is collection and drop-off for after-sales service.
“If you have a service scheduled and you are overseas, we will arrange pick up and drop off from King Shaka International Airport. This is all part of how we value your choice to buy a BMW.”
He thanked his staff for their hard work and loyalty to the BMW brand.
