Top Seeff award for North Coast agent

Seeff KZN chairman and Dolphin Coast managing director Andreas Wassenaar recently became the first KZN licensee to receive the Seeff’s Chairman’s Award.
Wassenaar, who received the award from chairman Samuel Seeff, called himself a ‘fortunate beneficiary’.
“I started from ground zero, with just one staff member, a desk and laptop four years ago. To reach the ultimate Seeff accolade and become one of the major players in our area is humbling. We have an unbelievable team at Seeff Dolphin Coast,” he said.
Wassenaar also took top place for sales by a licensee in KZN, while various members of his team also received a host of awards. These included rookie of the year for best new agent’s sales to Cameron Leitch, newcomer of the year to Sally Edlmann, a nomination for top projects/development agent for Ryan Hunt and the achievers sales awards to Sally Edelman, Ryan Hunt and Kim Bailey.
