Redeafining fashion

Miss Ballito Shelley Buckle is hosting a fundraiser - 'A Redeafined Fashion Affair'.

Shelley Buckle is not just a pretty face.

The blonde beauty is inviting the community to support her in her first official fundraiser as Miss Ballito – ‘A Redeafined Fashion Affair’.

The event will take place at The Boathouse in Ballito on June 16 and promises to be an evening of fun, socialising and of course, fashion.

“As Miss Ballito I had to choose one charity to focus on, and being deaf I chose DeafSA. I want to help raise money for deaf education in KwaZulu-Natal.”

The girls from Simply You-Nique will be showcasing outfits by local designers on the ramp while a professional tutor will be giving quick lessons in South African Sign Language.

Awesome prizes will also be raffled and auctioned off on the night and there will be motivational talks to inspire you.

“I want people to come relax, enjoy some good food and company while contributing to a worthy cause.”

Tickets are available at R80 per person.
