Haute fashion at this year’s Coastal Living Bru Ballito

Calling all professional and up and coming designers to test your creative and innovative skills and compete for a place in the ‘Facing The Elements Designer Show’ at the Mr Price Pro – Coastal Living Bru Food and Wine Fashion Show on July 3.

Supported by the KZN Fashion Council designers will need to design three ensembles using the five elements of the earth: Fire, Water, Wood, Earth and Metal as their inspiration to be considered for the fashion show.

They can portray the clash and fight against or the infusing and uniting of the elements in their Avant Garde creations.

The top 10 designers will be chosen to showcase their master pieces in the fashion show in conjunction with Karan Landman’s Simply Younique models and stand a chance to win amazing prizes.

An Avant Garde extravaganza showcase will be presented by Kevin Ellis, the award winning designer, choreographer, stylist, model scout, winner of Durban July Gold Cup, Golden Horse Casino, 2014 winner of J&B Met. He is credited for scouting the world famous Victoria Secret model Candice Swanepoel.
