Specialised Rescue Unit head Quentin Power encouraged dads to make time for their children, engaging in activities with them.
“There is no shame in you being a child. Have special games only you and your kids play.”
He also stressed the importance of routine and discipline.
After scrumptious bacon and egg rolls the dads headed down to the field with their children for some fun.
