A treasure trove of second-hand goods
Ballito’s SPCA charity shop – The Dog Box – sells is a treasure trove of second-hand goods.
Come along to their street market this Saturday morning and see if you can find that special something!
Well-priced second hand clothes, bric a brac, lovely glasses, ornaments, jewellery, crockery, vinyl records, baskets and shoes will be on sale.
There is also a small selection of new Ferrari Model Boxed Racing Cars, ranging from R50 to R800 – come early if you are interested in those! Also on sale will be a vast variety of books including romance, sci-fi, autobiographies, history, education books and recipe books by the score.
All money raised at the Dog Box is used by the Dolphin Coast SPCA on lost, injured, abused, unwanted and just abandoned animals.
The staff are all unpaid volunteers.
You can also view the newly renovated shop, sponsored by Checkers and their suppliers.
The market takes place on Jack Powell Road, near Willard’s Beach from 9am until 12.30pm.
