The following incidents were attended by Umhlali SAPS over the weekend:
* House break-in on 56 Lagoon Drive, Salt Rock on Saturday night and items valued R54 000 were stolen
* On Saturday a family went down to the beach and came back to their flat at the Boulders to find their cellphones, wallet, bank cards and camera stolen.
* Criminals broke into a business apartment in Shakashead on Saturday night and tools valued at R 35 000 were stolen.
* On Friday night a women was assaulted and stabbed on Sheffield road. Her cellphone was taken by the robber and she sustained injuries on her left wrist.
* A man was held up at a gun point and his girlfriend was stabbed on her chest in their house at Shayamoya on Friday night. A 9mm pistol and cellphones were stolen.
* Tyres were stolen from a bakkie at the premises of Umhlali Nissan on Friday afternoon.
