Car rolls at Tugela bridge injuring two

Seat belts prevent serious injury.

IPSS Medical Rescue transported two patients to hospital this morning after a car rolled on the N2, just north of the Tugela bridge.

The vehicle rolled off the road and down an embankment.

“Both the driver and the passenger were wearing their seat belts, which really helped prevent serious injures as the vehicle rolled several times,”said IPSS Medical Rescue’s Paul Herbst.
