Eskom implements load shedding
Stage 1 load shedding implemented but Ballito will not be affected according to Eskom's schedule.
Eskom has announced that load shedding in stage 1 has been implemented from 11am this morning.
“The power system is severely constrained today due to unforeseen technical problems at power stations,” Eskom announced in their media statement.
The load shedding is expected to continue until 10pm tonight.
According to Eskom’s load shedding schedule for stage 1, Ballito will not experience any power cuts today.
