Load shedding in stage 2
Severely constrained system forces load shedding to stage 2.
Eskom announced that load shedding has been moved up to stage 2 for the rest of today.
This comes after load shedding was implemented at 11am this morning after unforeseen technical problems at some of the power stations.
Load shedding will continue until 10pm tonight.
According to Eskom’s load shedding schedule, Ballito will experience load shedding from 6pm to 8.30pm tonight if it stays in stage 2.
