Businesses get networking

Hirsch hosts monthly networking breakfast.

Hirsch’s Ballito held their monthly networking breakfast recently, with each attendee giving a two minute slot to talk about their businesses and what services they offer.

The guest speaker was Business Coach Sean Dercksen. Sean spoke about generic business tools and how to identify the core fundamentals of segments in business that count.

He went on to show his audience how branding is the most important aspect of a business and explained that branding first needs to be fine-tuned before formulating a marketing plan, as branding is what gives a company credibility – and trust – and without trust one cannot build a client base.

Sean put forward the following business tips:

· The What – Picture your targets, results and objectives and create a clarity of vision.

· The Why – This represents the core of you/ the reason you do what you do. What inspires you?

· The How – How are you going to reach your targets? You need to have a destination.

· Take action! Have a big vision and a small action plan. Do not over complicate things.

· Get your finger on the pulse of your business.
