There’s nothing like teeing off for a good cause.
Keen golfers came together at Umhlali Country Club last Friday, July 31 for ConinghamLee’s second annual fundraising golf day.
“It was such a great day, we were amazed at the community’s support once again,” said Linda Herbst.
Funds raised will go towards the ConinghamLee academy which will see young people from the Nkobongo township, who do not have the means to pursue tertiary education, being sent to college.
“Thanks to the generosity of the day’s sponsors and players we are able to make a significant contribution towards our fundraising projects,” said Herbst.
