The man who was rescued from a cliff in the Nsuze area, near Bamshela on Tuesday afternoon, had two stab wounds to his chest according to EMRS.
The 48-year-old was found clinging for his life since Monday evening with a punctured lung and fractured leg.
IPSS Medical Rescue’s Paul Herbst said the man fell down almost 30m and managed to hold on despite the slippery conditions from the waterfall.
The man claimed he was pushed off the cliff after an argument with a family member.
He was taken to a local hospital in a serious but stable condition.
