Ballito beauty and laser therapist Elize Gay has decided that for one week she will donate all her profits from her laser skin rejuvenation treatments to Project 500.
Project 500 has recently taken Ballito by storm. Launched by the Linc church Sisterhood, the project encourages women to do something creative to raise R500 or more for a good cause.
Currently Project 500 is supporting Project Dignity which allows underprivileged girls five years of uninterrupted schooling by providing them with panty packs which assist them to continue going to school while they are menstruating.
Staying in school ensures their grades are significantly higher, giving them confidence and the ability to finish their schooling.
The skin treatment Elize offers, Ellipse Skin Rejuvenation, are usually R950 a session but from Wednesday, September 30 to Wednesday, October 7 Gay is reducing the price to R500, and donating the full cost of the treatment.
This is a non-invasive treatment used to reduce the appearance of skin damage without the disruption of the skin’s surface. This is ideal for people who have skin discolouration, sun damage, age spots, mottled pigmentation, dull complexions, diffused redness and the symptoms of rosacea and large pores.
Gay is based at Alpha Pharm at the Ballito Lifestyle Centre. You can contact her on 072 708 0003 to book an appointment. For more information go to www.ellipse.org.
