15 pupils injured in taxi collision, Groutville

One of the taxis was taking children to school when it and a second taxi crashed.

Two taxis collided on the R102 Groutville this morning injuring 15 primary and secondary children.

One of the vehicles was transporting the children to school.

“All 15 school children were taken to hospital to be treated for minor injuries by emergencies services,” said IPSS Medical Rescue‘s Dylan Meyrick.

The cause of the accident is unknown.
