Two die in R102 accident at Compensation

The jaws of life were used to free both occupants from the wreckage.

A truck and a car crashed head-on this evening on the R102 near Compensation, killing the two occupants of the light motor vehicle.

“Both the driver and passenger of the car were declared dead by paramedics,” said  IPSS Medical Rescue’s Paul Herbst.

“KwaDakuza fire department had to use the jaws of life to free both occupants from of the wreckage”.
